Chiefs unofficial playoff depth chart

Can't really cut and paste this.

Who the hell is Deon Yelder?
Ron Parker 3rd string
Sorenson starting
Ware back starting? (imo a mistake, if true )

Benjamin down to the bottom.

Ron Parker must have aged 10 years over the last year. Dude is done....

saphojunkie 01-09-2019 01:00 PM

Watkins, Erving, Berry all slated to start.

Williams will start over Ware in my opinion- Ware might get some carries but I like Williams overall much better and he's shown enough over the last 3 games.

At this point, he is just collecting a check and trying to avoid injury. Watch the game tape and keep an eye on Parker, he's not even trying anymore. He just stands around avoiding the pile, runs at half speed. :#

Eric Berry WILL play

Parker was a place-holder until we could coach-up and prepare the younger guys, get somebody healed up, or find a FA worth a damn (and affordable).

That should be pretty obvious at this point. That's not ProBowl stuff, but it's an important role. After all, he knows the defense (supposedly).

Our playoff defense is gonna be awesome!!!!!

Hammock Parties 01-09-2019 01:21 PM

So I wonder if LDT will be available for the AFC Championship.

The dude played reasonably well for most of the year. But the blown coverage on the Chargers 2pt conversion is pretty inexcusable, especially for a vet.

If he's healthy, that's pretty big news.

It's all of his dropped INT's that were the real back breaker.

They just voted Wylie as their offensive rookie of the year. I don't think LDT comes back this season, and if it does happen it'll be for the SB.

They seem pretty damn comfortable with Wylie. I'm thinking next year's line has Wylie at RG and LDT moves to LG.

This! After the dropped INT at NE and at LA, I knew both those games were lost. And, they were not even difficult picks...

Right in the hands.

Yelder has been on the roster most of the year, he's just always inactive.

You'd think since Williams got a new deal he'd see more playing time than Ware.

My penis will get tingly if they announce that LDT is starting.

Yeah I don't know why they wouldn't do this

Good move on Scandrick - he's exactly the kind of guy who will kill you in the playoffs - comes up small in the biggest spots. I'll take my chances with crimson dreads.

Completely agree.
He played "ok" for a good portion of the year. Yet in the big moments he dropped TWO potential game - winning INT's, against the Patriots and Rams, that hit him right in the hands. Also totally blew his assignment on the Chargers 2pt game winner. I think THAT's what sealed it. Simply no excuse for that kind of colossal screw up by a vet in the biggest play of the biggest game of the season at the time...

This is unofficial. Isn’t this just some dude on the internet making predictions based on trends in snap count?

RunKC 01-09-2019 06:46 PM

Interesting stat dropped by Mitch Holthus today: 29 of the 49 TD drives the Chiefs defense has given up had a big penalty (holding for first down/DPI).

As incredible as that is, it doesn’t surprise me one bit.

Absolutely ridiculous. I’d be willing to bet at least 40% of those were ticky tack as **** too.

How many of those were Scandrick? 50%?
