If the Chiefs win the Super Bowl will you cry?

Some people get emotional about sports

Spott 12-26-2018 06:57 PM

Yes, right after I fap 20 times.

TribalElder 12-26-2018 06:59 PM

After years of people crying after first round playoff failures or failing to make the playoffs maybe some year people will cry with joy ROFL

TrebMaxx 12-26-2018 06:59 PM

I know I will.

Best22 12-26-2018 07:03 PM

If Mahomes carries this defense to a title it will be the most impressive accomplishment in sports history

Prison Bitch 12-26-2018 07:03 PM

No, I’ll call for Sutton’s firing

FlaChief58 12-26-2018 07:04 PM

I'd be ecstatic sure. I don't have a vagina however so I wouldn'tbe crying

If we win the super bowl Sutton probably died or went to the hospital.

chiefforlife 12-26-2018 07:07 PM

Hell yes I'd cry!!

Are you kidding me? I have waited my entire life for a QB like this and a Superbowl win. We are half way there, lets do this and I will cry like a little girl!!!

AS soon as I wiped the tears away I would become the most spoiled and entitled fan around.

Dunit35 12-26-2018 07:20 PM

No, I don’t cry over some sports team that I have no control of.

Eleazar 12-26-2018 07:30 PM

Probably not. I thought I would if the Royals won the World Series, but I didn't.

kstater 12-26-2018 07:33 PM

My allergies kicked up when the royals won, I'd imagine they'd get bad if the chiefs won

Yes. I teared up when the Mavericks won the NBA championship, so I'm sure I'd all out cry if the Chiefs win.

TambaBerry 12-26-2018 07:39 PM

BossChief 12-26-2018 07:42 PM

The Chiefs' SB would be getting to the SB. I don't see them winning the big game if they even get there but I would be ecstatic just reaching the SB.

It would be a great achievement.

DaNewGuy 12-26-2018 07:57 PM

**** yea I would, This shit ive sat through with this franchise.....It would all be worth it then

Chief Pagan 12-26-2018 07:59 PM

No. I have an emotional support animal to do the crying for me.

But I might have a multi day hangover.

Marcellus 12-26-2018 08:01 PM

If they win the AFCCG while I am at Arrowhead I may cry.

I would cry like an 8 year old whose parent had been deployed for a year and has surprised me by coming back on my birthday while holding the latest video game system in one hand and a puppy in the other.

Yes... I will cry.

TwistedChief 12-26-2018 08:13 PM

If the Chiefs get a home playoff game this season, I'll probably watch a hype video on the way to the game and be on the verge of tears.

If we win that game, I'm 100% sure I'll get too black out drunk that evening to cry, but I'm certain on the drive to the AFCCG at Arrowhead, I'll be sobbing like a child. Proudly. Too many memories to wash away. God, we're overdue in sports years.

notorious 12-26-2018 08:16 PM

Like a told a friend, a great friend, a Bronco fan (sorry Bueh),”We might not win one this year, but it’s coming. Mahomes is just too ****ing good.”

He nods in agreement. No shit talk. Nothing.

OnTheWarpath15 12-26-2018 08:19 PM

Hell, if we actually win a home playoff game I might let loose.

EPodolak 12-26-2018 08:28 PM

I had a case of it when the Royals won the series in '15.

So, most likely.

Munson 12-26-2018 08:32 PM

No, but I'll probably shout out "IT'S ABOUT ****ING TIME!!!"

TLO 12-26-2018 08:34 PM

I'd do the same for the Chiefs.

I was actually at both playoff victories at Arrowhead and they were excellent experiences, especially the game against Pittsburgh in 93. I haven't lived in KC since 99 and I'm starting to feel like those old timers that talk about the Chiefs making 2 of the first 4 Super Bowls. because it's been so long that we've won a playoff game at home.

srvy 12-26-2018 08:47 PM

I don't know so I doubt it. Guess i'll vote no and if we do you can call me a liar.

Same with me and a really good friend who's a fader fan. He admitted how mad and jealous he is that the Chiefs landed him.

Not what I am talking about. I mean the “Kansas City Chiefs fans your team just won the Super Bowl” commercial where they give away the video, t-shirt, hat and stuff they wear after the victory deal!

greg63 12-26-2018 11:26 PM

No, because I'll be long gone by the time the Hunts figure out how to field a complete team.

I cried like a baby when the Royals won. Some of that was tied up with my dad's death a few years earlier (big Royals fan), but I'm pretty sure it'll happen here, too. I'm a sensitive soul.

Randallflagg 12-27-2018 12:20 AM

I’ll cry and then proceed to go on a 3 day bender (kidding, I don’t drink). ROFL

rtmike 12-27-2018 12:40 AM

Well I cried when #58 died, Lamars passing. Sunday night shortly after meeting Clark my eyes were soggy but nothing rolled out, lol.

So....hell yeah I will, lol.

RickObie 12-27-2018 01:38 AM

When the Chiefs won SB IV I was a month old - if they win the Super Bowl I’ll cry like a little girl - anyone that’s been a Chiefs fan and put up with the shit they’ve put us through is lying if they say they wouldn’t - it’s been a long and frustrating 50 years.

I don’t remember if I did when they won the title. 15 was a different animal. I cried when they beat the As.

He should be studied for science. Those two in combination are statistically impossible. :D

There are some good Donk fans out there. We can’t all make good life decisions. Some people are heroin addicts. Some people are serial killers. Some people are Donk fans. It happens. Doesn’t necessarily mean they’re awful people.

I honestly thought I would cry in this situation. But when the Royals won the world series, It didn't really phase me. I was happy, even excited, but nowhere near feeling the need to shed a tear.

Now granted, I feel more strongly about the Chiefs so who knows. I doubt I will though.

In 15 there were expectations. 14 was pure fun because we were supposed to miss the playoffs. Lifted far more emotional baggage than the title did.

Nickhead 12-27-2018 03:27 AM

it all depends... are they up/down by 30 with three minutes to go?

or is it tied, you have the ball with 50 seconds to go?

context matters :D

ChiefEd 12-27-2018 07:09 AM

Hell, after the last two games I’ll probably cry if they beat the Raiders...

DrunkBassGuitar 12-27-2018 07:12 AM

I'll cry out of my penis

Kman34 12-27-2018 07:27 AM

I think I would be more emotional if we won the AFC championship game here at home.... especially when the Lamar Hunt trophy is presented ...

Pooch 12-27-2018 07:32 AM

Not only cry but I will probably be sick a few times before the game starts!!

oldman 12-27-2018 08:54 AM

Nope, didn't cry last time. Might have to have the wife go into town for more beer though.

Jodi's Bareback 12-27-2018 10:10 AM

Tears make the best lubricant.

CaliforniaChief 12-27-2018 10:12 AM

When the Royals (a team I am equally passionate about) won in 2015, I didn't cry...I was SO satisfied and relieved. It was glorious and fun and I made the rounds rubbing it in every person's face who ever mocked the Royals.

I would imagine my reaction to the Chiefs winning the SB would be similar.

The Franchise 12-27-2018 10:27 AM

Considering I had tears in my eyes Week 1 when Mahomes threw that pass to Sherman for a TD? Yeah....I'll bawl like a ****ing baby when I see Mahomes hoist that trophy.

ChiefBlueCFC 12-27-2018 10:32 AM

like a baby. Like I did on Hosmer's mad dash. like I did when I was a little kid and Motley caught the fly in game 7, 1985.

cdcox 12-27-2018 02:13 PM

I'd like to cry, but by the time I am sure there will not be a flag overturning the game winning play, I have a feeling that the moment will have passed.

GloryDayz 12-27-2018 02:14 PM

No I won't. When it happens, if it happens, I'll just be super happy.

AssEaterChief 12-27-2018 02:18 PM

I'm surprised there's so many people that voted yes.

Personally I haven't gotten that emotional over sports since I was kid.... don't see a point to. It really has nothing to do with your own life.

3rd&Long 12-27-2018 02:20 PM

With this swiss cheese defense????? C'mon now.

KChiefs1 12-27-2018 02:26 PM

I cried when they lost The Super Bowl & when the Raiders demolished them & on Christmas Day 1971. I’m pretty sure I didn’t when they won the Super Bowl so probably won’t this time either. I’ll be emotional though.

As a Mets fan, I also cried during Hosmer's mad dash but with an entirely different emotion.

We as fans have paid for our playoff wins with punches to groin in so many games, we are due for some payback. Karma may be a bitch but it’s time for her to lighten up.
