Evacuation was lifted. It’s me, the cat and the dachshund innthe house tonight. Wife, kids, pit bull and rabbit are spending the night at a friends house. Still have everything in the car just in case I have to leave again. Hopefully that doesn’t happen.

Damn, that sucks but it's good that you got out. I was up at Shaver last weekend and the smoke was pretty intense despite the fire being fairly far away.

Yeah. No damage other than the inside still smells like a ****ing campfire. That and the kids and animals are still a little freaked.
