I don't know what pass interference is anymore.
|
Defense has given up 99 points in three games.
|
KC beats its self again
|
I'm not melting down. Turnovers cost us the game but we are too good on offense to be held down.
|
Why? It ****in happened next game and move on
|
I AM PISSED

Replay of the PI? Since they didn't show it on the broadcast.
As for melting down, not really, but this is a worse version of the 2018 squad. Hopefully the OL gets better as the year goes on and the offense can actually win these shootouts instead of lose them. |
This is 2018 but the offense isn't nearly as good.

It’s only football, **** it.

This team is more likely to be out of the playoffs entirely than having HFA. ****ing hell, that hurts.
|
That was a tough loss. I never thought I would see Justin Herbert outplay Mahomes at arrowhead. Everyone is to blame for this one.
|
I hope Dan Sorensen enjoys his quest to be the worst player ever on PFF for a single season.
|
It’s a tough one because looking at it objectively we could be 3-0.
We have not played poorly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
we ****ed up by not replacing watkins
robinson and hardman are complete jags |
I'd like to see the PI on Baker again...If it was PI, then I can accept that, but it sure looked like some very good defense to me
And I laughed at the end when Romo said "you can't call PI on a Hail Mary"....while Chargers aren't even looking at the ball and dragging Chiefs down..... |
What year was it we started 1-5 and rolled off 10 straight? I think this team definitely has a SB loss hangover.
|
there' actually idiots on this board who think this is because Patrick is too popular / distracted with off the field promotions / commercials etc.
ya know...because Pat is filming commercials in his 1 day off per week in the season....and definitely not recording commercials in the off-season etc. ****ing moron. |
Mahomes shares blame here too. Quit trying to play hero. Punt and get to overtime. This is not a very focussed team and they do not play good complementary football…
Big uphill climb. No easy games on the schedule and Chiefs get everybody’s best shot. |

**** MAhomes. Dude has bought into his own press.

Hardman can at least be a gimmick, and a pretty damn good one. Robinson is ****ing worthless, and today so were Pringle and Kemp.
|
Andy's teams are rarely focused.
his teams consistently need at least a half to get settled in. |

what the **** is going on?
Entitled, unprepared, over confident? trying too hard all of the above? |

I don’t know that the second quarter of todays game can considered the worst possible time. Although if we hadn’t we would have cruised this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Super Bowl loser curse is real
|
Yawn.
This doesn't even register on my meltdown meter. You want REAL meltdowns, look at our playoff games before Mahomes. This is NOTHING. |
We'll be fine. This is the hard part of the schedule. We're not getting a 1st round bye, but this is still a playoff team.

now I have to watch the vikings.

Who thought we would start the season 1-3, because thats what its looking like.

Yep we just have to draft a proper receiver (not a Hardman type gimmick) in the 1st or 2nd round Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Those turnovers didn’t appear out of a vacuum, the Chargers were keying in on something and we need to adjust.

Mahomes will be fine.
Christ, this team won every close game possible for the last 2 years, and when they start dropping some because of horrendous turnovers a lot of guys here start guzzling antifreeze. It will be fine. Season starts in January, and if the defense is still playing like this there is no reason to get excited. |
Every week the chiefs are playing a team that is thirsty to punch the chiefs and Mahomes in the jaw. Lastt season it was exhausting trying to keep up that pace and left the team burnt by the end of the season.
Maybe this season they take their lumps early and will be in a better place by playoffs. |
I'm not melting down yet but two losses so early does sting.
We're still a good team. We had a double digit lead in Baltimore before we choked that one away and it took 4 turnovers for us to lose to the Chargers. We just need to stop beating ourselves. |
The offense will be fine. The turnovers are uncharacteristic so I don’t think it’ll be a season-long thing.
I’m really concerned about the defense. They are just absolutely horrible. They play terrible at the worst possible times. |
Mahomes kinda did cost us the last two games by going full reerun late in the game. He'll fix it.
As for the defense, it's early. Baker and Huges had good and bad moments. Sneed's penalty was worse than Baker's. |

Bunch of out of control egos on the offense, and a head coach who'll pat them on the head instead of booting them in the ass.
They didn't learn anything in the Superbowl, and if that beating wasn't enough to humble them, I doubt anything will be. We're all fine here. Nothing to see. How are you? |
Every sports media show this week: Has Herbert passed Mahomes?

I’m not in meltdown mode yet but there’s some very concerning problems with this team that I think are obvious and things we just aren’t fixing with the snap of our finger.
|
I was demoralized when the Chargers elected to go for it on 4th and 4.
I was further demoralized when the Chargers elected to go for it on 4th and 9. It's goddamn pathetic that I feel like that in those situations. |

I don't remember the exact stats, but IIRC the defense, despite being on the field nearly the entire first half, only gave up 150ish yards before halftime. They're undoubtedly gassed at the end because the offense keeps shitting itself on the field so much |
