Who will replace Sutton?
My feeling is that they will go internally and probably promote Al Harris to DC.
Would DJ work out as a DC? |
At this point I don't much care as long as the new DC isn't so old he hasn't had an erection in 12 years.
|
Honestly, I want every single defensive coach gone and start over on that side of the ball.

The lard ass head coach kept his guy didn’t he?
He really showed us! Lol |
I won't believe Sutton's gone until it is posted on the Chiefs website.
|
i hope the rumors that every one wanted sutton gone but reid are true. the pressure in that building must be intense now.
|
I am done with Houston and Berry and Sutton. Romo called out everything they were going to do. These three are crap and get big money. Contracts are shit and we need to get out of them.

Look towards the most finesse guy that doesn't demand accountability from the Reid tree.

The players have no faith in the defensive scheme...….time for Sutton to bow out! This "keep everything in front of you" philosophy takes the aggressiveness out of the players. I'd rather have guys flying to the ball and getting burned occasionally then to sit back and wait for the play to come to them. Utter bullshit coaching and it shows every game!

At this point, I don't care if it's the secondary coach of the Basehor Bobcats. As mentioned earlier, Romo was announcing the Pats plays from the booth.

"This'll probably be a draw." I'd say Romo was taping the Patriots walk throughs, but we all know he's just watched enough Patriots games at this point that he just knows what they're going to call. ****, bring in Romo for a look at DC? (Only half-joking) |
I'm done speculating on replacements until he's gone

I’d take a parking cone with a headset if it meant getting rid of Bob.

No one will. Fat Andy lacks the balls to fire Sutton.

Pay him whatever he wants. The interviews would be worth it. edit: He would be great to replace Andy when he retires too. **** it. I'm all in on Romo for DC now. It was a joke, not now. |

Hell, everybody watching the game knew what was coming... Get used to it. Sutton WILL be back. (Reverse Mojo). |
Give me a coach that attacks and doesn’t let the other teams beat player beat u

I don't care who replaces Sutton as long as he is replaced. Personally I would like to see a change to 4-3. I think some of these tweeners we have drafted the last couple of years would fit nicely.

I've hoped for Marvin Lewis since he was fired in Cinci.

I needed a good laugh this morning-thanks for that |
I think we need to be creative and aggressive.
I'd roll the dice on a guy like Adam Zimmer. He has plenty of defensive coordinator experience, was on the Chiefs staff in 2010 to 2012. We need a fix on the position he has coached the most, obviously the son of a great defensive coach. |

For one weekend, Sutton put lipstick on a pig - then last night, back to the reality of having the 31st ranked defense.
We all knew it since about week 8.....this team cannot get stops when it really, really needs it. three 3rd and longs in a row in OT....nothing creative, no stops - ballgame. We all saw it coming.... Hell, since 2003 and the "no punt" game, we've all been asking ourselves - "is it the players, or is it the coaches?" on the defensive side of the ball. I think we have enough evidence now.... |
