I am done with Houston and Berry and Sutton. Romo called out everything they were going to do. These three are crap and get big money. Contracts are shit and we need to get out of them.

If he called out everything they're going to do, not sure how that's houstons fault. I think Sutton ****ed us by shopping for the wrong groceries and shame on Reid for even allowing him to do that. Our personnel looked flat out outmatched and youre not going to get much pressure vs a guy who dunks and dunks you to death. If he careful about overreacting about our talent. We need to blow up some of our roster and coaches, not all of it.

Look towards the most finesse guy that doesn't demand accountability from the Reid tree.

The players have no faith in the defensive scheme...….time for Sutton to bow out! This "keep everything in front of you" philosophy takes the aggressiveness out of the players. I'd rather have guys flying to the ball and getting burned occasionally then to sit back and wait for the play to come to them. Utter bullshit coaching and it shows every game!

Yup. I think some of the assistants are fine. We have lots of talent. I don't even blame veach. We should not have let Sutton shop for groceries. After the illusion of a raiders game we should have all seen this type of game coming.

I don't care who replaces Sutton as long as he is replaced. Personally I would like to see a change to 4-3. I think some of these tweeners we have drafted the last couple of years would fit nicely.

From what I've been made to understand is that those 'tweeners' were drafted with the intention of going to a 4-3 when Buttons retires this offseason.

I think we need to be creative and aggressive.

I'd roll the dice on a guy like Adam Zimmer. He has plenty of defensive coordinator experience, was on the Chiefs staff in 2010 to 2012. We need a fix on the position he has coached the most, obviously the son of a great defensive coach.

For one weekend, Sutton put lipstick on a pig - then last night, back to the reality of having the 31st ranked defense.

We all knew it since about week 8.....this team cannot get stops when it really, really needs it. three 3rd and longs in a row in OT....nothing creative, no stops - ballgame.

We all saw it coming....

Hell, since 2003 and the "no punt" game, we've all been asking ourselves - "is it the players, or is it the coaches?" on the defensive side of the ball.
