I don't think the body lets you do it when you get to a certain level. It knows that I'm doing a lot of cardio and just won't let me easily put on much more mass. It would have to be forced.

To creatine or not to creatine. I've used creatine before and had some good results so I'm thinking about starting back up. It would sure help me maintain strength and maybe gain a little while I'm still on this caloric deficit.
