Here's a scenario. They shoot in tear gas that ends up starting the fire as Swat prepares to raid. Dorner tries to run, gets capped.

OK, so he was shot, they didn't know if he was dead or wounded. Unleashed tear gas, raided and found him dead. You're such a Sally for thinking that if a sniper has a shot in this situation he shouldn't take it.

My bad I didn't know he was posting something fake.

I did post a story for you at #1348 about police using tear gas that might have burned down a house or the suspect did. Very similiar to what might have happened with Dorner. It seems that it is something that happens from time to time.
