At one point we had 2 devs following us, one of whom made a char look and named like us, hopped in our voice server, and played with us.

We all made charr mesmers with some variation of illlliilili.

We did alot more than that, that just happens to be a cut. We for 2 hours rolled around the world making friends and doing strange coreographed things. If you watch the 13 minute cut off the youtube link you can see the instant /sleeps we did as well as some of the other stuff

Lol I made 3 characters and they were all fairly fun. I loved the guardian and the elementalist though. Warrior....eh idk. I think this game is as it should be. A learning experience at the beginning and everything gets exponentially better as you level.

I tried alot of different stuff. I quite liked the warrior, but I think im going to play ranged of some sort. Engineer is top of my list as of now.

also building a new PC for gw2. Parts are ordered, PC will be operational and OCed on saturday night~

How much did that run you?

ehmm.. about 2200. But this sytem will dominate gw2 and many games upcoming.

You can build a computer to run gw2 pretty handily for around 800 bucks though. Get a bargain case, an i5 2500k and a 560ti and be good to go for fairly cheap

There's a stress test today from 12:00 to 4:00 pacific time, for any of you who wanted one last fix before the game comes out in a couple weeks. I finally caved and pre-purchased the game, because I knew I was going to buy it anyway once it came out.

I hate when they schedule these stress tests while I'm working :cuss:

Anyways... I heard that all the packaged retail boxes are already sold out across the board. A Gamestop employee told me there's been so many orders that they can't take anymore. Digital dowloads are still available, but those wanting their pretty box will have to wait until more are manufactured.

Another stress test tommorrow... 6-10pm our time! wheee
