The Rogue 5 Hazelnut was really, really good.

Anyone belong to a bourbon/whiskey of the month club where you get something sent to you every month? Thinking about getting it as a present but not sure if anyone has any recommendations and if it would be worth it?

Rogue 5 Mocha Porter is tonight's choice.

Coals about 10-12 minutes. I didn't want to fire up the monster smoker for one steak. I went to the local butcher for the meat and you can cut this with a fork. The guy has the best beef I have ever had in my life. I buy about half my beef from him.

I went in and told him to cut me two 2" rib eyes for tonight and tomorrow and he just laughed and said you must be batching it again.

But but but coals take longer than 10 minutes. Rookie ass bbq'ers.


I'm probably going out to dinner tonight, but if all fails I'll be grilling for sure.

Heh, yeah 10 was dead nuts for medium rare any longer and it would have been medium by the time it cooled off and I would of had to kick my own ass. :hmmm:
