Phoenix police have served a warrant to obtain DNA samples from facility employees and the CEO, Bill Timmons (mentioned in my last post) has resigned.

She has ties as a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe and under my understanding, they may have legal rights to claim responsibility as a guardian/ advocate for the child along with the state releasing the custody/ adoption matter to the tribe vs the state court. If a father is identified he will have rights but not many from a jail cell.

Maybe there wasn’t penetration. Maybe he jerked some sauce onto a pad and gave her a sponge bath accidentally using his seeded rag. Burden of proof

When officers arrived "they found a woman in her 20s, who was incapacitated, who had delivered a baby. The baby was in distress. The woman and the baby were transported to a local hospital, and at this time, both the mother and the baby are recovering," according to police.
Where is the proof that relatives are caring for Baby.

I doubt she had a legal document stating guardianship of a child so either the tribal court or the state will care for the child until it is placed with either family or adoptive parents.

She's been kept alive in a vegetative state for 27 YEARS? For the love of God, why?

I mean, I'm not advocating Logan's Run here, but ****, you'd think at some point they'd realize that she's not waking up, smother her with a pillow and perhaps utilize resources on somebody who might, you know, not be a goddamn vegetable for decades. Hope my tax dollars weren't wasted on this crap, but they probably were.

I long to live in a world where we treat our loved ones as well as we do our pets. :shake:

She must have only been 2 or 3 when she went in.

threebag 01-12-2019 12:36 AM

If they are just figuring out how long she has been there, they will never catch the organ donor

Sounds like she was on a diet of goof balls to the point she was out of it 24/7.

Swimming accident at 3 years old. Abdominal surgery leaving massive scars/ adhesions.

We now know the State was the court looking out for her well being and the last time a Dr gave her a good look was in April where the pregnancy was unseen/ overlooked.

Still can't make this shit up nor believe what was said about her by staff as truth.

Nurse arrested in rape of woman who gave birth at facility

PHOENIX
A nurse who was looking after an incapacitated woman at a long-term health care facility has been charged with raping her, weeks after she stunned her caregivers and family by giving birth to a baby boy, Phoenix police said Wednesday.

Investigators arrested 36-year-old Nathan Sutherland, a licensed practical nurse, on suspicion of one count of sexual assault and one count of vulnerable adult abuse, Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams said.

So could you say that "he didn't see what he was doing was wrong"??

Rain Man 01-23-2019 01:12 PM

Maybe it's not as bad if he's half vegetative himself.

He told her to let him know if she had any objections. I can see why he doesn't date much.
