Yeah, thought so. Bring some books, games you can play on a tablet to keep yourself busy in that truck. Also, a cooler of food, a few gallons of water and waterproof flashlight.

Oh and a floatie, just in case you'll need one to get to safety. Perhaps even a life jacket.

As far as I know it is, but with that being said, I know a lot of outfits got into trouble in Texas when they started charging exorbitant prices for things like bottled water. Events like this generally brings out the best in people, but it also brings out the sleaze bags.
