lol, funny to see the butthurt in this thread. I'm proud of our loud fanbase and the homefield advantage it gives us. It's been well known for years. The Seahawks have had a loud stadium for a couple of years and have pushed the 12th man marketing which is why the Guiness thing popped up all of a sudden. I'm sure they're loud, I'm sure we're loud. I'll always think KC is louder because I'm a fan but I really don't give a shit about the record and I'm sure 90% of people in both towns don't give a shit either. We're both loud, let it die.

No Patriots delay of game or false start penalties...

No such thing Monday night. Not saying it'd didn't happen but it seems a bit odd that the record got broken so early and without me getting Tinnitus.

Were they there to test during that game?

But Guiness said we broke the record during Abdullah's pick 6 in the late 4th, when the stadium was only 75% full due to people leaving.

I can't help but think it's being manipulated by the NFL.

Do the Chiefs have one of these perhaps? I's sure that Seahags do, but don't be too hard on them or they're commit suicide (like they always do 'rond those parts)...

I think this whole thing is bullshit.

Meh, it was loud.. We were up top this time (WAY UP TOP!!!), so it wasn't as painful as I used to experience in the lower bowl, but my ears were ringing.

That being said, I'd never put anything past the NFL in terms of other interests to tell the NFL story. With the marketing machine of the NFL looking for any way to make a buck, so much so that they've forgotten the sport for the most part, I wouldn't put anything past them.

That being said, my 10-year-old thought it was great.

Gotta say my ears are still ringing. There was once that I couldn't even hear my own yelling.

Does that mean the Old Arrowhead is finally back? Hoping to make it up there this season. Haven't been to Arrowhead since 2005!

I'm pretty sure it's back every time there's a night game. Cost of the games means it's generally not back for any other regular season game.

Was there. The younger son and I were each about 1/70,000th of the record.

How many db's during the AFC championship game? Would like to know how the cold affected the sound.

Festus 02-27-2019 09:57 PM

I can't tell you db's, just that it was loud......not loud enough- Patriots did not have a false start
