I'm pretty sure that every dietitian is going to include "Not drinking your calories" into the top 5 ways to be healthier and lose weight.

Does that mean that you can drink diet soda all day long? No. But calling someone a fat ass while you claim to drink regular soda because aspartame is the devil....just makes you look like a ****ing reerun.

He drinks 1 can a day. I drink 2-3 sodas a month, if that because I know for sure I didn't have this month and don't plan on to. Tell me who's the reerun?

Did I ever say I'm skinny? I chose my path that's why I'm overweight, but that doesn't mean I don't know anything about nutrition. I do know what's good and bad for you. I know Clay lost weight I have him on FB, it's not like I don't know him and what he accomplished.

I think the sugar interacts with the bacteria in your mouth to cause tooth decay as well.

Theres also no mention of the REST of her diet. I probably put down a two liter of diet A&W Root Beer a week, and have bi-annually dental visits. No issues reported from them.
