The wife and I after many yrs have told all sets of parents that we will switch every other holiday.
Thanksgiving was my parents Christmas day will be my in laws.
It took us Too many yrs to tell them we refuse to run around to please everyone while they sit comfortably in their homes awaiting us and our kids.
I wish the hell we did it many yrs ago.

hmm...off to the great state of kentucky for christmas, then to tennessee for a few day to see the grandbaby. then back home for church on the first, work on the second

Vacation actually started a day early. Had a great snow storm yesterday and they closed our office so I didn't even have to work from home.
