Basically, 20 something son dies due to an accident (was punched, fell onto a curb and was brain dead afterward). Phoenix police have served a warrant to obtain DNA samples from facility employees and the CEO, Bill Timmons (mentioned in my last post) has resigned.

She has ties as a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe and under my understanding, they may have legal rights to claim responsibility as a guardian/ advocate for the child along with the state releasing the custody/ adoption matter to the tribe vs the state court. If a father is identified he will have rights but not many from a jail cell.
