He was so humbled by the experience. I remember interviews during his injuries with the bulls where he said he needed to save some of himself for his retirement. He kept cashing checks but didn't want to be sitting in a business meeting in 2030 with busted knees. I want to hate him but he seems like a different person after the last few years.
