I love people getting all homer again just because we won a game against the hapless Raiders.

You ****ing people never learn.

You've been sucked in yourself, including starting an epic thread about the glory of matt cassel. Perhaps this isn't the spot where you should be seeking self worth in knowing better than other fans.

It is simply more fun this way than your way. Your way is depressing and mean spirited.

Go Chiefs!

No offense to the OP, but why should anyone think this is Rivers swan song as a Charger?

Because he leaves the game on a stretcher with a broken spine.

I was looking at stats and noticed that the Chargers Run defense is absolutely horrible. They rank 29th in the league with 124.8 Yards allowed per game.

Which is exactly what the Chiefs run defense averages.

Did not mean to down vote this.. :cuss:

I'll give you a thumbs up on the post above to rectify.

You predicted a Raider blowout. Eggo has beaten nobody. Kc is 14-1 against the AFC West. Why shouldn't people think KC will win?.

They look great right now and I actually picked them to make the Super Bowl yesterday... but I am hoping the Arrowhead energy and familiarity with Rivers will help to stifle them a little bit. Pondering buying tickets right now.

Do you get the emails for the 25 dollar digital tickets?

If you don’t and you’d like me to link it for you, pm me

He has never had the strongest arm of any QB, but this pass was in the air for 55 yards:

He can still pull off the occasional bomb, but anyone who has watched him play recently, knows his arm is shot

Well it's kinda of an assumption because I would be surprised if they don't move on from Phillip Rivers this off-season.

hitchief 12-14-2017 06:57 PM

I like Rivers as a person but not as an opponent.

He is a very good player but not as good as some say. Otherwise, why no superbowls?

And if pressured, he's good for a pick or 2 (toss and turn) Sure hope we blitz his ass every once in awhile otherwise he's going to kill us.

Rasputin 12-17-2017 01:21 AM

So anyone think Rivers is going return as a Charger next year?

I don't think so teams will be vieing for his services but I think Chargers had enough.

eDave 12-17-2017 01:25 AM

Still like him.

Would of rather him than Alex Shitty Smitty last five years.
