I also snagged another one last night when it officially opened.

Watched some of that podcast with those 4 dudes and looked at some videos and I'm thinking I'll be giving this a try. I really like some of the ArenaNet's ideas.

I've been on a camping trip or otherwise I would have grabbed a couple for those that didn't get in on time.

On another note... At game launch I'd love for all those on CP playing to hook up with my GW old school friends into a legion. Support in numbers!

I've learned quite a bit about #2 from the betas and enjoy helping others get better, more aclimated. My International friends would agree with me.

This game has a HUGE map and it can get confusing where shit is.

Anyway's there are a few core group of guys that have remained friends for years and have a great time together. A Swede, a few Canucks, a Bug eatin Nebraskan and me.

Oh yeah, we use Teamspeak for most of our gatherings and many nights are a riot. GW2 is supposed to have a VOIP but they havn't been testing that on the beta yet. Hit me up if you want TS hostname, port, password or what have you. Just throwing my thought out there.

As for the beta keys, I did snag two, but gave them to some buddies who im hoping will play with me ~

I gotcha about the guild/legion that's why our core members have lasted so long because we're all on the same page.

Either way linking guilds together as alliances has it's benefits too :thumb:

Not only do I enjoy the game, but the social aspect too. We'll cross paths somewhere along the way.

Setsuna, I'm always keeping eyes out for free beta keys. If hometeam can't help out I'll hit my gaming buddies and see if they snagged some extras.

Are there separate servers or is it all one big ass world with the whole playerbase in it?

Separate, but with a twist.

Your first toon on a server is kinda set like your homeroom. Yet you do have the ability to take your toons onto other servers. The only downfall so far been released about the multiple servers is the influence factor.

You earn influence by pvp, pve, nearly everthing you do. The only problem is you can only earn if on your home server.

You can go to another server and help out a friend in quests, storylines, but any influence accrued will not apply because you're away from your home server.
