Was just about to post this. Looks awesome

This Friday's round of new movies is particularly uninspiring.
I think I may go and see "People Like Us" though.
I liked what I saw in the trailer.

I love Shakespeare, and the performances in this are really quite good, but it still ended up a little boring. The oddest part is that the action and battle stuff is what drags a bit. It's a minor complaint, and it is a very relevant play. I would definitely recommend it for a Shakespeare fan, or a moderate Shakespeare interest. If you aren't fond of the language, it probably isn't a good choice.

Visually, it is fantastic, and production value is top notch. Hope you enjoy it if you choose to watch it!

I've been wanting to watch this as well. It received pretty good reviews that I read for, as EJ pointed out, being timely and relevant.

Now we know what the wrestler Batista has been doing. Although he is billing himself as David Bautista so dipshit Vince can't take a cut.

watched "Machete" tonight completely unplanned etc. man, for some reason I thought this movie was good. corny etc, but I liked it because it was sort of super hero concept.

plus, Alba and Rodriguez were smokin'.

Moonrise Kingdom was fan-****ing-tastic. This is Wes Anderson at his best. I highly recommend all Anderson fans to go see this movie. And for those that have interest in this sort of thing, it's still sitting at 94% on RT.

Even if the story/writing sucks (which I'm not betting on), the eye candy and feel of that movie is just badass.

I went to see this movie the other night and thought it was average at best. I just don't get Wes Anderson movies. I think he is way overrated but thats just me.

Why do you continue to see them? He has a particular style, a niche -- it's persistent through each of his movies. If you don't like his style, why pay money to see the movie?

I keep asking myself the same question.

Project X was pretty cool. Probably the most bitching party evaaaaa!

Shark Night was ****ing horrendous, as expected.

Battle Royal was just added to Netflix instant. For those of you who bought into the Hunger Games craze -- this movie predates that (2000). I've mentioned it a few times in this thread but I really recommend that you watch this movie. Definitely not kid friendly.

Anyone remember this series?

I watched all of Twin Peaks about five years ago. The first season is incredible, I loved that show. And Kyle MacLachlan is great.

I've never seen a single episode of Twin Peaks. The Royals are sucking... might as well check it out.
