The big sucker sticks out quiet a ways compared to the stock one. So, I may go with another teardrop intake that will still gives me the stage one upgrade... I've got some more research\decisions to make this week...

I think Arlen Ness, or some other popular brand (which escapes me, but I'll look around) have a 'stealth' model A/C - which is basically a skinnier version. I've read the same things about it sticking out to far (that's that she said).
I bet the baffles are either 1.75 or 2.00". anything above 2" are LOUD lol.
when I put on my Cobra slip-ons, I was really surprised how loud that were. Probably some of it was because I was so used to the stock sound and how quiet they were. but, after having ridden with them now for a bit, they're not bad at all in terms of riding far w/out getting a headache etc. so I think they're just right now. I 'think' my stock baffles are 2.00".
Even if you think they are too loud,, or quiet, you can always replace baffles for cheap and easily.
