Tintin, holy crap. Maybe the best computer animated film I've ever seen...just freaking ridiculous.

And pretty much perfect, too, in terms of delivering the tintin story. AWESOME! MOAR!

Warrior is out on DVD now. HIGHLY recommended. Didn't get anywhere near the recognition it deserved. Not sure why.

I enjoyed that movie WAY more than I was expecting to. I like a movie that takes a simple premise and executes it well.

I have to say, Spielberg and PJ did a fantastic job with Tintin.

It's a mashup of three different Tintin tales.

My favorite has always been tintin in space.

I'm looking forward to taking my kids to see this though.

I'm re-reading all the comics now, via the miracle of torrents.

I re-watched Stranger Than Fiction yesterday. I've said it before, and I know I'm in the minority, but I really enjoy the flick. There are a few gaffes in there, but overall it is really well acted, and one of the few Ferrell films I like.

This time around, I really noted Dustin Hoffman's performance particularly
Spoiler!

If you haven't caught this flick, I really recommend you do.

THen watch "Everything must go." Will ferrell is turning into a tremendous dramatic actor.

I'll do that. Thanks.

A truly exciting trailer. The premise is so obviously brilliant, I'm surprised it hasn't been tackled until now.

That actually might get me to a theater. I really miss boxing. There will never be the hype of a heavy weight again. Damn I miss those days.I try to follow MMA, but its a far cry from a heavy weight belt fight.

yeah...loved Warrior. surprised at how cool and interesting the story was complete with a big ole twist. totally not just about fighting.

may be mentioned somewhere in here....but I just saw Hotel Rwanda last night. I know I know...from 2004. but hey...I just saw it. I didn't think I'd like it so I never watched it. I'm always teasing my wife for crying over movies. at a few spots I was crying like a little bitch. great great movie. my God the things people can do to each other is just appalling. wish I'd have seen this long ago. when I grow up I want to be Don Cheadle.

I was the same way with Hotel Rwanda. I put it off and put it off, not because I didn't think that I'd like it, there just always seemed to be something ahead of it. Finally sat down and watched it a couple years ago. Great film.

I thought it was really great too. My 7 year old son and 8 year old nephew loved it.

Its probably not doing too well box office wise because its pretty old fashioned, but its got alot of action. This was the movie Indy 4 should have been.
