Just go ahead and make a week 18, put games there that have these issues moving forward. Probably gonna need a week 19 too. |
Probably the right thing if more are getting it, but if this is postponing games that's not a good sign.

A lot of "experts" are saying to move the games to the end of the season and push the playoffs back.
No ****ing way I want the Chiefs to have a 3 week bye before a playoff game. |
next step is to see what happens with the Raiders(and Bills probably, who they play this week) in a week or so, after that party they were at.

People are proposing they play week 7 with the Ravens moving their bye week from week 8 to week 7 and then Steelers and Ravens from week 7 instead gets played week 8. Makes sense.

Right now, you have to try to preserve the integrity of the existing schedule as much as possible. If it doesn't work, by all means go to plan B. But it would be a real shame to penalize a team for working to get the #1 seed and then have them sit for a month because they were fortunate enough to avoid COVID. |
