I really don't understand the obsession of not giving Isbel at bats.

We've known all along that Matheny is a shit head who often won't give chances to young players in favor of veterans.

The explanation is about the same as the obsession with sac bunts.

Which outfielder are you going to replace with Isbel with for playing time? Benni who is off to a good start. Whit? Taylor the gold glove?

So we gonna quit pretending the pitching is the problem with this team now and acknowledge the offense has been complete ass outside of a couple of players?

This team should be sitting at 7-4 or 8-3 right now, but BATS.

I have zero problem seeing if Isbel can handle CF, Taylors season last year was an outlier of you look at the rest of his career. This team also has nothing in CF in the entire organization so..
