He's noticably different after his ankle gets tweaked. It's happened 2 straight games now. We need Fisher back in the worst possible way.

He had no zip on several passes, the one Justin Reid undercut and just missed a pick just floated out there.

Hell, slide Rankins over to LT and Wisniewski to LG and get Erving the **** off the field. He's been the absolute dirt worst these past 2 games.

Pat is a warrior that will play hurt. Sammy’s vagina is sore.

Watching Mahomes take post game questions, he made me believe he's okay. Which means this team is okay. We're spoiled. We expect damn near ungodly perfection because that's what Mahomes and company practically delivered last year.

The last two weeks, Mahomes has thrown for 594 yards, 4 TDs, and 1 (bullshit) INT. Against teams that have winning records. And honestly it's been a disappointment, which illustrates how crazy high the bar is for this team. Have we ever had a QB that can put up those numbers during our "down" games? The defense has struggled but I don't think it's any worse than last year, and I do think the scheme is more sound than what we had before. (And this comes from somebody who was not happy with the Spags hire.)

The thing that is hampering us is injuries, but the good news is they aren't season-ending injuries. If we get through this stretch and start getting guys back the Chiefs could very well be the best team in the AFC heading into the playoffs.

At the end of the season, if things don’t go well, we’ll hear about how Mahomes was hobbled all year long by this nagging ankle injury.

True, but I don't think he's the only one with that affliction, looks to be a front seven thing. Only one guy has his money, and the other guys want to be paid like that.
