I also start full time on Jan 5th. Got a promotion from Level 1 to Level 4 and it includes almost $30,000 worth of stock that vests in 2 years. :thumb:

Decided after 30+ years of sales and sales operations I'm burnt out.

On this station I handle order flow. If there is an issue at a site like a power outage, traffic from protests like in Paris, a broken down truck that is late rfom the airport, the delivery site locations ask for their capacity to be shut off or reduced so no more orders come in for that time window or reduce capacity because they have less ability than originally planned.

We have grown from about 400 people when we first moved to this new building Amazon bought to about 1800 people in a little over 8 months.

They are expecting full capacity here middle of next year and are already looking at buying a second building here in the ASU Research Park in Tempe.

I can’t wait until Bezos see this and finds a millennial to do your job at half the cost and who is willing to have more job tasks.

I got some shocking news for you buddy, the Millennials here don't show up for work and don't even call, they quit in record numbers, they complain on the company's bulletin board about "why isn't there any cheddar cheese flavoring for the popcorn", they have the highest rates of "misses" for their tasks to be completed on time and cry and whine constantly about changes that occur.

They are also filthy pigs who leave used napkins, empty plates of food, empty coffee and soda cans, food wrappers, popcorn and other debris all over the break room.

If anything, Bezos will go to a Senior Citizens complex and keep hiring more of us old farts! :skip::skip::skip::skip::skip:

The senior citizens are the ones that endlessly whine about the millenials, use PowerPoint to do photo editing, and don't wash their hands after using the restroom.
