Rode the Buffalo Headwaters Challenge this weekend. Around 31 miles with 4000’ of climbing on awesome single track. I was in good shape and felt good until the last 5 miles or so.
I’m 45 now, and no longer concerned about staying swole. Just want that functional strength, high level of fitness for endurance events and to combat my beer belly. |
I follow Greg Norman on Instagram. The guy is a beast at working out at 63 years old. For you older folks out there it’s pretty impressive.

I have a lot invested in my retirement lol and I only got 10-12 years to go so I’m not interested in spending it in a horizontal position or taking a dirt nap. I’m doing everything possible to stay in good shape.
