Why is MPJ on the bench?
|
Not sure if Mizzou is good or Iowa State is bad.

Hope MPJ isn’t hurt

Because. Mizzou. I shouldn't say that, though-- we look really, really good even without him |
Harris looks like a heady PG with tons of potential. Tillmon seems to have upside but just can't get out of his own way. Jontay is quietly effective. Mostly, I'm impressed by Kassius Robertson, who seems to have a knack for the flow and rhythm of their offense.

It almost seems as if this was Cuonzo's plan all along with MPJ. I can't see where he got hurt. Possible that he was banged up coming into the game and didn't want to risk injury against a shitty team.

Team looks so much better than the last 3 years. They need to tighten it up on the offensive side though. Look a little hurried, little sloppy on some passes. Really only one bad shot though. Love seeing us play inside for once and hit the boards.

Oh yeah, and we are actually making free throws more than we are missing them......
|
They mentioned that he only took part in half the practice yesterday and was seeing the trainers. They're probably just being ultra-conservative.
