I'm actually starting to like it, myself.
I'm not sure what it was, but for the longest time I was dealing with some serious knee pain. By the second or third set I'd just want to die. It really made completing my workout a grind. I can't imagine that my form was wrong but I haven't changed shoes or anything else that could have led to knee pain so maybe it was.
At any rate, I've been making gains in strength and my quads are looking more defined so it's making me like it more and more.
Hopefully one day I'll be proud to show off my legs because right now I'm ashamed of these bad boys.
