Watched In the Loop. It was hilarious, and I want to watch it again. Took me a little while to get acclimated to it, which is why I'd like to watch it over from the beginning.

I agree - the Brits cussing at each other constantly was my favorite part.

Up In the Air was a little bit better on the second viewing than it was the first for me. Its definitely top 10 of the year for me now.

If any movie actually deserved Best Picture (which I contend none really did), it was this one.

That said, I knew Hurt Locker would win. But when you think Best Picture you're not going to think Hurt Locker in 15 years.

I actually did think that The Hurt Locker deserved its win over the other nominees. I only saw two films released in 2009 that I thought were better (those being Still Walking and Goodbye, Solo).

Just watched Surrogates. Not a movie of the year contender, but I thought it was pretty good.
