It's not lawyer talk, it's just math. Class action lawsuits always have a big number that they can theoretically pay to a person, but they have a cap on how much the total payout will be. So if a bunch of people file a claim, they have to reduce the payouts accordingly. I think the most I've ever gotten from one of these in the past is $30ish. It's still free money, so by all means file a claim, but don't start counting on getting $125.

The pool for the $125 is only 31 million bucks. Given they leaked basically everyones info and this is going to be everywhere and on every news show I imagine I'd end up with $6.24 once it's diluted
