**** it. The moment he can run a route, have him run it.

He could be 100% healthy and on the first snap of the post-season have just another lower body strain or pull or tear or whatever. At this point I'm past 'save his bullets' and am onto 'smoke 'em when you've got 'em'.

There's no sense in saving him when he's capable of breaking down as soon as you turn the key.

I'm blaming him for being injury prone, not for not running on the foot.

Take a look at the contracts on overthecap.com. the amount of money tied up in players who are constantly injured and who probably aren't worth half of what they're getting paid almost makes you want to scream.

Should never have been allowed to play against the Rams.

He should have been sitting this entire time letting that foot heal.

My assumption was that he wouldn't be ready to run a route until the playoffs....but yeah.

I seem to recall a podiatrist that advertised on KC TV back in the day, Dr. David Sapperstein or something. Get him over there Clark!

At what point can we cut Watkins and not get raped in cap penalties? Do we have to keep him all of next year too?

Well, Nate Taylor (The Athletic KC reporter) retweeted it, so....... not a good sign

Bet they end up putting him on IR

How ****ing stupid do you have to be to not see this shit coming. Give injury prone players big deals and this is what you get.
