once saw a Beatles multi media show somewhere downtown in the early 70s that was (for the time) high-tech. the real star of st. joe were the beer shops across the river in elwood,ks. Kansas was an 18 state vs missouris'21

My high light of St. Joe is seeing it in my rear-view mirror.

How are the Women there?

It's a decent enough town. It sadly shares a border with Kansas, but we can't have everything we want in life.
It does feature our very own pyro joe though, so that's pretty cool.

The good thing about bordering Kansas is that whenever I see a Jayhawk fan on our side I yell "ROCKCHALK!" to which they give a thumbs up etc. and then I follow with,"The river's that way!"

Back then any beer was better than no beer

I once had an interview on the west side of St Joseph... the area reeked, it was rundown... it was basically the beginning of every episode of Criminal Minds. And it was easily the worst interview ever. They were complete morons. Couldn't get out of there fast enough, I made it back to KC in like 30 minutes, listening to Rob Zombie and Static X, etc.

Burn down that end of town, then it's probably fine.

Sounds like a happening place, no wonder the Chiefs do training camp there.
