That's a good one. I've really stepped up my handwashing game, both in quality and quantity. It'll be hard for me to not go wash my hands when picking up a public object going forward. I'm a bit of a germophobe to start with, and this has amplified it.

Plan to go back to celebrating Chiefs Super Bowl victories every February.

Probably gonna cut back on hopping on oceangoing freighters for sightseeing purposes.

Imagine starting on a pleasure trip to Vietnam last February and still sitting in that bunkroom coasting somewhere on the Sargasso Sea today.

Nothing is going to change for me.

I've been working from home for over 10 years. I already practice appropriate hygiene as far as hand washing and covering my mouth when I sneeze/cough.

displacedinMN 12-03-2020 01:55 PM

masks in public places

not having to handshake as much....it does get a little cumbersome at times.

How do you wear a mask and smoke at the same time?

Actually, if you've got internet it's not all that different. Early in the pandemic I joked that I've socially isolated for two of the past three Aprils.

Honestly the day to day administration of my life hasn’t changed much.

My wife teaches and has to wear a mask, but I rarely see people and when I do they rarely have a mask.

So hopefully none.

Only thing that's really changed for me is not going to bars for social drinking and bar games. I'll probably go back to that after, but likely not in the same capacity. I've reduced eating out by quite a bit, and that will likely carry over a bit as well since I'm saving so much money now.

Same as me, my wife is a para and wears masks all day, and Im like most farmers, simply outstanding in my field. :-)

I'll probably continue to wash my hands more, but I'd already been doing that the past few years due to my wife nagging me about germs and doing a demo with glowgerm.

I'll probably improve some of my preparations for events outside my control.

I'll go out of my way to support small businesses and tip the servers in those businesses better to help them out.

I'll go out of my way to make sure Rona doesn't change my life long term.
