I'm usually not the biggest fan of the Four Roses yeasts or mashbills, though some of the single barrels are better than others. But, but, but, this 2015 SmB LE was the heat.

Buffalo Trace is my go-to for whiskey cocktails. It makes a fantasic Old Fashioned, Julep and Manhattan.
