There are a couple of guys that might make it to us in the 2nd. If they don't, there are more that may be there in the 4th.

Don't reach.

I read somewhere that he had one of the best contested catch rates in the draft. If he’s there at 58 you take him as soon as possible.

Marcus Spears just said he would like to see the Chiefs grab Marshall

Just reading about Marshall's foot injury(ies) and i wouldn't be surprised if he continues to fall.

Big receiver with nagging foot injuries IS scary. I know it's not fair but i can't help to think of Sammy Watkins...Julio Jones.

Alshon Jeffery...

TBH i'd still take a swing!

This makes no sense. Why wouldn’t they have just taken him at 14 when he was available if they wanted to trade up for him?

Maybe they didn't think they had a shot because LA was going to take him so they traded down and then had an "oh shit" moment when he fell into the late teens?

Dude killed it at his pro day but not sure I want him this early

He's being talked about as a possible mid-2nd now.

Also, I've seen a lot of people saying Humphrey will be the 1st guy off the board followed by Meinerz, not Dickerson.

Unless they won't clear him because of his foot. Then he's going to continue to drop.

Nah sounds like it was after they were already sitting at 23 that they looked into trading up, not at 14.

Also, didn’t they made the trade when they were on the clock and LA had already picked? And I don’t see any way they didn’t know LA was taking Slater. That was obvious.

Are we moving on from Nnadi and need a DT? I see the value just not the need at all right now.

ThyKingdomCome15 04-30-2021 01:38 PM

Cameron Sample is a better overall player Boogie Basham.

That's what I mean. Maybe they traded down to 23 thinking of going in a different direction, not thinking Darrisaw would fall that far. Then when he did, they kind of panicked and tried to trade back up.

People do realize we signed Jarran Reed right?? We don’t need any more DTs

Spags loves have guys that he can rotate and Williams can play DE or DT.

If a really good DT prospect falls, you don't pass on him just because you signed a guy to a 1-year deal.

The thing that doesn't make sense - if they were worried he wouldn't fall all the way to 23, why trade down to 23 to begin with? Why not take him at 14 if you couldn't get a trade that didn't move down so much?

Sounds like the Vikings aren't very good at this.
