I liked the part where he saw his family in the desert during the race, but I'm a sucker for Native Mojo trips like that.

watched a really good documentary (playing on Showtime this month I believe).

American Drug War.

Scary stuff actually.

I think you're thinking of Hidalgo. (Viggo races a horse in Saudi Arabia)

I DID really like that one.

You are correct sir! I guess the other movie just didn't make the grade. I think his first film was GI Jane.

Not even close, not even a decade's worth of close.

And anyone who likes him in the least owe themselves 'A History of Violence' and 'Eastern Promises.'

I liked Eastern Promises, it is a solid flick. I still need to see A History of Violence

History of Violence was...interesting. I liked it, but it was not quite what I was expected. Very VERY well acted though.

The Watchmen is definitely a good flick, not familiar with the graphic novel's but I liked it.

Is Jackie Earl Haley on his way to becoming one of the greatest unsung actors ever? I mean, in my adult life, I've designated that spot to Michael Wincott, but Haley seems damn determined to fight for the title.

I'd love to see them do a movie together in the same way that I've always thought it would be cool for Woods and Walken to do one in which you had two bad guys trying to out-do each other in the most dark, and horrifically comic way.
