This season has just been lousy. No mental gymnastics necessary.

Scott Gimple says things are about to get "quantum intense" and promises a whiz bang finale... he better be right

And I like crazy Morgan. I wonder how much longer he's gonna live.

Where is this action we were promised??? just a couple of dumbass women doing stupid shit....I'm a fan of this show but even I'm getting pissed at some of the bad writing...

That episode sucked out loud.

Sasha had a shot that my 9 year old daughter could have made. Too bad she is still alive.

I always wonder how close the targets really are. On TV shows, they always feel close and focused (and not through a real-life crosshair) to allow the viewer to see what's going on, but in real life, there's a disconnect.

If I'm seeing Negan that close with 9X power (a common maximum scope power), then they're probably close enough to notice a gun barrel pointed at them, and also close enough that bullet drop or wind isn't relevant and if the head is visible, then the shot is clear.

This week on Walking Dead, middle management Saviors act like dicks and boredom abounds.

Sasha has head shot z's at 500 yards while standing/no support but she can't shoot Negan at what was probably 100-150 yards max.

Here's the problem with episodes like this; we already know that Negan was not going to get shot or killed in this episode. It's been reported that JDM has already signed on for another season, the war with the Saviors has not started yet and anyone with a passing knowledge of the comics knows that Negan does not die here.

So with that being said you have to write a compelling script about two characters that need to resolve their differences in a meaningful way. Instead we got two catty women taking swipes at each other and a short resolution of the conflict jammed into a boring story line that we all knew, or have a good idea, how it would end.

It was a nice change of pace that we followed more that one group of characters in a single episode. Think about it; we could of had a full hour of Rosita and Sasha being catty for an hour with a minor resolution at between them at the end.

I guess you're right: a D- is definitely better than an F.
