he had a rough first half, but came out and straight up balled the 2nd half. That's why I love this kid. But ya, if we don't settle for field goals and he hits those passes that would have been TDs in the first, we win. We gotta score 45 vs good teams this year to win, 40 just won't cut it and that's sad but it is what it is.

If we are going to point to one play that cost points the Speaks missed sack is just as big as any other play.

This game was billed as a shoot out and it was delivered the guy with the ball last wins.

Mahomes can adjust. Mahomes can rally. Can this shitty ****ing defense say the same? EVER? |
40 points should be enough to win any game. Period
|
Patriots had the ball last. That's it. Mahomes had a bad half. He did. He acquitted himself well in the 2nd.
The Chiefs lost by 3 points in a road game against the patriots. They're 5-1. It's okay man. The season ain't over. |

Still. Hard fought game. You give Brady 3 minutes and a tie ball game, you might as well just go back to the locker room. You won't be seeing the ball again. |
I'm just so ****ing tired of Brady and the Patriots.

The national storyline will be the Patriots rallied like champions and showed the new kids on the block who's boss.
Pay them no mind. Chiefs looked like a Superbowl team playing against a team that had to be perfect and get every break to win by 3. On to Cinci. |

You could blame it on the Offense because everyone knows Our defense doesn't play with a full deck. It's a team loss but oh so close, not that im happy with oh so close but live to fight and give up td after td another day.

God damn this site has so many reeruned sister ****ers. This is in no way on Mahomes, not one tiny little bit. "Oh but he threw an interception and kept us from getting a field goal herp ****in derp", so what? They would have just scored a TD if they were down at the end of the game. He brought us back in the 4th qtr. That washes away all his mistakes. I literally can't believe some of the absolute idiots on this site. Some of you should throw yourselves off your houses in the name of Alex Smith.
|
I like that the young guys are playing and improving. Nnadi looked good. Speaks is improving. CB Smith, obviously, has wheels.
Get Watts and QuePasa back, and youth will be served. Honestly, I'm not sure it would matter if they actually WERE worse... |

Yes and Reid.

But today's loss is all on the defense. Sure, Mahomes should have hit at least one of those throws in the first half, but it was his 7th career start, and when it mattered most he put this team ahead in the 4th quarter, after being down 24-9 at half time, against the defending AFC Champions, in their house, against one the five greatest QBs in NFL history. Cheaps have a helluva team and a damn good QB in Mahomey... You guys are gonna be there in the end and it may just be your year this year.
I am very impressed by the balance of the Cheaps team as much as it pains me to say. The Pats are just the Pats, in Camarohead the Cheaps would have won that game . |

The guy who's life sucks so much he spends all his time on opposition message boards "owning" is back to make us feel bad LMAO . The only thing he does is make us feel bad for laughing so hard at how pathetic his life is LMAO

Im on Pats planet right now. You act like its hard to have multiple tabs open? Lmao i guess that might be challenging for you. |

Mahomes outplayed Brady in his 7th career game. Maybe if we didnt have 4 starters out on defense we win that game. Either way im very encouraged by Mahome's game - you can tell how impressed Brady was too, he literally sprinted to pay his respects. Game recognizes game!
|
I'm not surprised you are on multiple forums at once. You spend all your time online - you are on here at all times of the night LMAO

Anymore excuses, ladies? Maybe if you weren't handed 21 free points by our defense, you wouldn't have even had a chance at the end. ROFL.
Pats are just getting warmed up!! |
We all know what happened. It’s on Mahomes.
With 10 days to prepare Belichick had absolutely no answer for Mahomes and the offense. The Chiefs will still finish with a better record so hopefully the Patriots make it to Arrowhead in the playoffs so they can get 50 points put on them. Brady won’t keep getting lucky on his 40 yard Hail Mary’s.

That’s a funny way of saying we did whatever we wanted whenever we wanted on offense. Brady knew it too. Did you see him try to imitate Mahomes and get sacked and fumble the ball? He knew genius coach had nothing and like all of us watching could see the fear in Belichick. |

Andy Reid is still stuck at 199 wins, thanks to a 41 year old QB who was the 199th pick in the draft lmao

We all know what happened. It’s on Mahomes.

Which has nothing to with what I said but nice try. It takes the most points a team will score all season to beat the Chiefs. All it takes to beat the Patriots is to be the home team. |

You guys said you were going to blow us out, remember?! |
How do you come to an opposing teams board and talk crap about a guy making his 7th start? Mahomes wasn’t great in the 1st half but that 2nd half was impressive. I hope the Patriots troll gets hit by a bus.
|
The Patriots can't even think about keeping up with our offense, they said!! Hahahaha
|
Guys, I think rather than engaging the Patriots troll, we should use this as a teachable moment.
The Patriots have been the most successful franchise in the NFL for nearly two decades. One would think this would give their fans some sort of perspective, but alas. Rewind to the playoff game a couple years ago at Gillette. The Chiefs the perennial underdogs vs the mighty Patriots. The Chiefs predictably lose because, well, that's what we do (did), and the entire section filled with men, old women, and young children chants "fa**ot" on the way out. Was it a surprise to anyone that the Patriots won that game? Hell no, yet their fans acted like they had just slain their proverbial Goliath. Exact same experience last night. Patriots fans as nasty as ever. Surprise! Classless fans. But I think the lesson is that when Mahomes is guiding Chiefs to similar sorts of success, we don't need to be as pathetic as this individual is. We won't need to invade other teams' boards who we just beat by 3pts at home to proclaim our superiority. Because that would seem awfully pathetic. All of those titles didn't bring you some peace of mind in your life and you still need to resort to this childish behavior? Sad. Let's thank PatriotWay for showing us the well-lit path forward. |

That's pretty sad you'd think after all those wins that wouldn't be something their fans would think about...
But then again Boston doesn't exactly have a rep of having awesome sports fans. |

Nothing wrong with losing one game. You should know that given the Patriots can’t win unless at home. Mahomes loses to Brady in NE. Brady loses to Nick Foles on a neutral field. The Patriots are 0-2 on the road. How many more road losses do they get? Two? Three? I never understand people like you that minimize your own team’s win by acting like your opponent isn’t any good. Seems counter productive. |

And anyway it'll be satisfying when Brady hangs it up and all the Pats fans disappear considering they didn't exist until what 1996?
