I expect the D to show up. KC goes 6-1. Idk who the F they have to cover Kelce.

Hopefully it is the same one who covered Gronk last Sunday nite.

Kidd Lex 10-17-2018 12:30 PM

Yeah, VB has a shoulder injury. May not even play this a Sunday night

Kidd Lex 10-17-2018 12:32 PM

If the KC offense (in another dimension) played the KC Defense for a whole game both ways, what would be the over/under? +/-100 – more?

Halfcan 10-17-2018 12:32 PM

I think the Chiefs will put up at least 40 points on these guys. Dalton is an above average QB, but he will turn the ball over at least twice to us, while Mahomes gets back on his no-interception streak.

I expect Mahomes to throw 4 TD's. They have nobody that can cover Kelce or Hill and if they try to use their safeties for help- Hunt will bounce to the outside on a swing pass and take to the house as he did in NE.

This is the first time this season I fear our defense is SOOOOOOOOO BAD that even our fantastic offense can't overcome their suck!

I don't think this game is a easy pass. But I don't think triple teaming Green would be wise. Tyler Boyd has really made a turn for the Bengals this year. He can be dangerous as well. He is leading the Bengals in Receptions and only has 3 less targets than Green. Then you have Joe Mixon which you need to account for.

Cincinnati at Kansas City
Line: Chiefs -6

The Steelers are the Bengals' kryptonite. So there's really no reason to put too much stock in last Sunday's last-second loss to their arch rivals. For some reason, Cincy can't figure out how to beat Pittsburgh, even when it's the better team. But the Bengals match up well against the Chiefs, who are coming off their first loss of the year. Cincy's defense can harass Patrick Mahomes, who has thrown four interceptions in his last two games, and if Andy Dalton gets time in the pocket, which he's had for much of the season, he can pick a defense apart. In related news: Kansas City's defense is terrible.

Pick: Bengals: 31, Chiefs 30

a team with a shit pass rush matches up well against the hottest offense in football

Lol

Cincy's defense is garbage

People are quick to jump on the "anti Mahomes" bandwagon

Eh, nice to have a relevant quarterback for a change.

Dalton threw 4 interceptions in 1 game this year verse the Panthers.

This is such a bullshit narrative- if you harass Mahomes-he will cough the ball up. Stupid.

We can only hope Reid pulls what Vermeil did on Ray Lewis back in the day, devise a scheme that chips, doubles and otherwise seeks to dismantle the mfer on every. single. play.

It'll be damn near impossible to keep him from doing something to Kelce etc once they're past the LOS... but he cannot be allowed anywhere near Mahomes, by any and all means necessary

The AFC North is a dirty play division. This hit on Trent Green was right in front of me. This was at the start of the second half of a game, and once they got Green knocked out, they won. That's the mind set of the AFC North. Mahomes needs to keep his head on a swivel against these guys .

You can end your sentence here next time.

But KC has Mahomes, the other team doesn't. Mahomes makes other defenses look worse than most QBs will make ours look. Brady at home when we're missing many starters is a very rare exception. Andy Dalton is NOT that guy, especially at Arrowhead.

Seriously, some of you seem kinda slow on the uptake. We have the end-boss QB now. Do you think Packers fans have spent the past decade worrying about losing because their D has generally sucked ass? They just made CJ Beathard look like Rodgers and still won ... cuz they actually have Rodgers.

Stop worrying. This game will be over by the 3rd quarter.

I have reached into the aethers for direction on this matter and have been informed by some strange being from an alternate dimension that Mahomes has learned his lesson and will stop over-amping before the games.

Chiefs four 2018 road games (first half)

KC 57 - home teams 70

Chiefs two 2018 Arrowhead games (first half)

KC 55 - visitor 10

I think the fact KC played last week on SNF + Bengals first national road game/@Arrowhead/crowd noise overwhelms them early. Chiefs gets out to a quick lead and never look back.

I don't like my thoughts on this. The NFL hates the Chiefs and they're going to wait until after Burfict takes out our QB to suspend him. If the Bengals didn't play the Chiefs this week he would have already been suspended. ......
