Damn that was actually 15 years ago, time flies.

I thoughts it’s been awhile.

But where do you draw the line? What is the level of positive test that determine postponing?

From what I read, the Titans had 3 players test positive. The other 5 or 6 were staff members but in what role, it wasn't said. Could have been water boys or could have been assistant coaches.

So 3 players and 5 staff is the bar?

What if a team has 1 equipment manager test. Do we suspend or postpone?

As was discussed in the other existing thread about this same thing

Sometimes it is good to be able to find information like this without having to go through a long thread to find it.

Wake up call. The league needs to get back to taking COVID safety protocols seriously.

Human nature to get lazy about it when you don't see a danger.

The sad part is it was a just the long snapper, practice squad tight end, and defensive lineman if I recall.

In what world do you live have you seen evidence they haven't been taking this serious?

The league or teams/players?

Raiders violated NFL protocol by going to a public event without masks.

The league initially didn’t want to do daily testing, but I’d argue that since they did, it prevented more games from being postponed or possibly canceled.

Del Rio basically said **** any player who opts out.

The Cardinals said they were taking it seriously until an outbreak occurred. Then we found out different.

Thats the flaw in this, the same one with the Cardinals. They went out to a casino, 19th hole on a golf course and or a strip club without masks and brought it back into the clubhouse.

After that happened, the players in baseball took it more seriously. Hopefully the NFL players will now.

Don’t really see the need to panic yet.

Postponing to Monday or tuesday basically changes nothing. It’s not like they’re having to reshuffle weeks yet.
