Not really. Veach seems to try and get guys who at one time showed something or had potential to do so, then for whatever reason it didnt work out. I get that "low risk high reward " mentality - which is good strategy for adding depth, and outstanding if you get a starter or major contributer out of it. But, if it doesnt work out, you get a JAG collection.
