Doing a calorie diet. Started out at 2,200 a week then went down to 1,900 but I'm thinking about boosting it up a little. I mainly eat chicken, some steak, eggs, oatmeal, veggies and fruit.

Steak is expensive man.

POVERTY CHICKEN FTW

Get stronger so you don't have to un-rack all their weight. ;)

You seem nice.

I generally don't talk to people at the gym. I have my headphones on and the look of business upon my face.

I think one of the trainers said hello to me once, just to make sure I wasn't a serial killer.

Seriously, if you want to work in with them and it is a machine just make sure you put the pin back at the weight they had it at. If free weights un-rack and re-rack what they had on.

Maybe you should stop taking 10 minutes between sets. ;)

I was taking really long breaks in between sets as I usually do. But, I don't have a problem speeding up the process if someone asks politely how many more sets I have left or if I'm almost done. This guy, who looked pretty young so I'll give him a pass, clearly has yet to learn proper gym etiquette.

Funny thing is, he ended up jumping on the rack right next to mine about a minute later. Him and his buddy were squatting 100 pounds. 100 pounds.

You should have grabbed a couple of fifty pound dumbbells and said, "Hey bro. Don't need a rack for that" then demonstrated doing front dumbbell squats in Broscience fashion.

Price Chopper has steaks for sale on Fridays or i'll spend 50 bucks at Costco and have a weeks worth of steak. Gotta switch it up every now and then.

Is that the kind of diet you would suggest? What im doing seems to be working though going down to 1,900 carbs has made me a little fatigued.

Yeah, let's address an issue right now.

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING pisses me off more than some asshole doing 100 ****ing sets at a station. Unless you're doing rehab, you are a ****ing reerun and should be banned from all gyms.

What about the fact my gym only has one squat rack and my workout consists of multiple work sets of squats, Ghetto GHRs, Good mornings and RDLs. I spend almost an hour using that squat rack on a given leg day but given the fact the rest of the douches mostly curl in it, I couldn't give one **** if I take my time.

I'd guess about 5'11" 170 and his friend was a little bigger.

I mean, it's not like they were struggling with 100 pounds or anything, but I had a good laugh at the fact that he was rushing me in mine so he could get in two sets of 8 reps at 100 pounds.

Then they left without re-racking their weights..

I usually only put 135-185 on when I squat (which isn't often anymore :'( ) but I do 100 reps in as few sets possible. 3 sets is my best.
