He is not much different in that picture. Only thing is he is slouching his shoulders which makes him appear smaller.

I was in the squat rack today and some kid came up and started un-racking the weights. I'm like "Hey, man, I'm using this." He was clearly annoyed that I was taking too long so he's like "Well....... Finish up."

I thought everyone knew the proper way to let someone know they're taking too long is to ask how many sets they have left..

Yeah, let's address an issue right now.

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING pisses me off more than some asshole doing 100 ****ing sets at a station. Unless you're doing rehab, you are a ****ing reerun and should be banned from all gyms.

I do giant sets all the time that take up 3 'stations'. But only if the gym is not crowded.

Low carb draws all the water out of you. It wouldn't take much to inflate the balloon back up.
