So yeah it is a reality but you still have to be patient. But keep lifting and it should come back relatively quickly.

Yeah, I've been consistent with my program/nutrition and its still coming back fast. Have way too much fat on me though. I'm kinda regretting not cutting further. I would've been damn skinny. Thinking about stopping this bulk a little short at the end of May or so and cutting. I'd like to get on a normal summer cut, winter bulk schedule too. I'm gonna be doing everything backwards if I stick with my original plan.
Problem is I have slightly funny measurements. I have a big wingspan for my height plus a broad chest/shoulders and not enough muscle in my core. I look kinda disproportionate without a decent amount of muscle in my midsection. Hoping that fills out fairly quickly. Seems to be moving along a little more slowly than the rest of me.
