Dude, you ever get into jumping jacks. Best workout ever ! I've been taking a break lately so I can gain some weight back, was getting too skinny, but I'd do as many sets of 50 as fast as I can and the weight just comes off and you get toned as shit.

Never been coordinated enough. Can't get the timing down. I let myself lose a lot of muscle the past few years. School and work got a little crazy. Need a long/clean bulk. Not even gonna think about cutting until late summer/early fall.

I started at 235 back in mid December. I'm at 220 and I've been eating better. Still not as good as I should. I've only been able to work out 1-2 times a week.

I need back exercises. My back is always bothering me with soreness. My lower back has been tight since the day my department gave me an Explorer to drive, which was four months ago. I know if something doesn't happen, surgery is in my later later future.

Any good suggestions to strengthen my back?

Jumping Jacks are where its at though, Just do a few and gradually build up till you get your coordination down. Then you can do them anywhere at about any time. Stuck in traffic , jump out and knock out 20, BAM , 1/2 pound lost. Pushing a cart around Walmart , just stop somewhere and knock out 50, BAM, 1 pound lost. It ads up , you can literally lose 5-10 pounds a day.

I might give them a shot again after my bulk but I've always hated cardio. I know I should do it for my heart but I can't stand it. I'm a nutrition nazi too so I'm hoping my cut won't be too crazy down the road.
