I started at 235 back in mid December. I'm at 220 and I've been eating better. Still not as good as I should. I've only been able to work out 1-2 times a week.
I need back exercises. My back is always bothering me with soreness. My lower back has been tight since the day my department gave me an Explorer to drive, which was four months ago. I know if something doesn't happen, surgery is in my later later future. Any good suggestions to strengthen my back? |

Yeah, you're at the time where Cardio needs to be a part of the rest of your life. Very important ! Take care of yourself NOW and moving forward. If you concentrate on bulking up it will not e good in the long run. I'm 53 so I can speak from experience. Start your jumping jack routine today, Don't put it off. Get your friends and family involved . Go to the Y and start a JJ club. Be the best thing you ever did ! |
