Switched up my routine. Slowly starting to add more carbs in to my daily diet. Eating like a normal person on the weekends. It's going well.
Feels good to be in the gym 6 days a week. I really like the new routine, too. Easy to progress on, and easy to tell when you aren't working a muscle group hard enough. |
