Question about that though. The lawyer got busted the second time he went in to deposit the money. At that point he was only depositing the money to the 9 other guys. He had already deposited the initial $2 million into the safe deposit box for Kaylee. So there technically is a possibility that the DEA doesn't find out about that box.

That’s my thought as well. Saul just said Mike had money taken from him twice, he didn’t specify that it was Kaylee’s money that got taken the 2nd time.

The lawyer gave all that information up, IMO, including all of the boxes.
