I guess I have to eat a side of beef to gain any weight - SO frustrating, I'm now at 179 at 6'1" :banghead:

How much protein are you eating? It's far likelier that you just aren't going hard enough in the gym.

I'm 6'-0" and float between 175 and 180. It's a good weight.

Also learned to clean and press last night.

Next time, we're going to work more on my squats. I'm getting into heavier weights, so he wants to make sure my form is staying good. Going to go to a little lighter way and do pauses.

My trainer said last night that he thinks I was meant to lift heavy weights. I've been catching on to things very quickly, working my way up in weight, and I'm really good at pushing myself.

I'm stuck in my weight right now, but my diet has gone to shit lately. I got out of the habit of meal prep, and it shows.

That's good shit. Down about 11 lbs in 2 weeks and strength is maintaining. Weighed in the upper 180's now. I'll be interested in to here my guys comments tomorrow when I do my 2 week check in :D I'm over 4 weeks out now and probably 10lbs or less to go. Thinking about doing a carb up day to fill out and see what I'll look like at this reduced BF. Any suggestions on amount and type of carbs to use? I'll do a quick snap shot when I get home to compare to my photo posted on 09-20 when I was about 201ish
