They moved him to Blizzards "Titan" project because he had such great success with Diablo 3.
I'd have hope this might be beneficial to Diablo 3 and might be playable in 6 months but that game is probably too far ****ed. |

I might check into future Blizzard games but I'm never going to preorder another one.
Diablo 3 was a good lesson well learned. Going to wait til people have had enough time to play through the game and report back with how good/terrible it is. IMO, the issue is more to do with Activision. |

Yup... mooching off a name built up by previous devs to sucker in a massive fan base of the franchise. How many of those 10 million still play? In other news... PoE open beta starting soon. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zgs47cnlp78" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

I was HOOKED from release day until about July or early August. Then I got mad and quit.
2 weeks ago, my friend convinced me to play again. Now, I'm ****ing hooked like a crack addict again. I'm finding legendaries, making gold, levling paragon. When I started my monk was 35K dps and that was pretty damn good back then. Now, it's extreme nub style. I started farming and not long into it I found 3 upgrades for myself, that's never happened before. Now I'm doing 93K natural DPS and with buffs I can keep a constant 125K dps. I'm progressing. I'm addicted again. But am super happy Jay Wilson is off the team, but change isn;t gonna happen overnight. |

They've scheduled like 3 expansions for D3 and with Activision running the show after about 4 patches they are probably no longer working on the game and instead focused on the next expansion. Me? I'll be playing PoE for completely free instead of buying 4 games at $60 a piece. |

I never played any of the Diablo games, but about it makes it the "worst game ever"

Their reputation for putting out quality shit and the long wait between Diablo 2 to 3 (just about 12 years) made for super high expectations. They really did completely **** this one up though. The main problem I had with Diablo 3 is the gear in general was just plain as **** and didn't really have balance to it. You were basically running a bot and hoping you got a really good role on a piece of gear, because that really good roll made or broke whatever you were after. They need to revamp the game a lot with an expansion pack. An actual end-game and the ability to do stuff without having the storyline shoved in your ****ing face would be a good start. |
