What was the last death that hurt the most? Herschel?

Beth, Tyreese. Then Herschel. Herschel was probably hurt the most, but those others were big deaths.

Noah's was painful just from the gruesome nature of how he died right in front of Glenn.

Yeah, I thought about that one, but agree, it was mostly painful because of the betrayal. I can't say I actually cared about Noah. And you know when they start introducing black characters that another black character is about to bite it.

At least TWD tries to keep the ratio of white to non-white characters dying somewhat reasonable.

They could. I just think they seriously damaged the impact of it with his close call earlier this season. Bad choice to do that if they're gonna turn around and kill him anyway. Should have used someone else.

There's a theory that they're trying to counter the fact that Glenn's comics death is so widely spoiled with a boy-who-cried-wolf effect. Pull the fake out a few times to convince people they won't really go through with it.

Also, this relationship does set up for Michone to die at the hands of Negan. She's had a good run but what else does she offer? Kill her off and it is sad, but I think the show moves on with no issue. I really think she goes.

The only thing I can think of, is maybe she was "gone" enough that the walkers thought she was one of them?

If we think about this too hard it seems strange that there are very many walkers at all, as most people ought to be devoured.

Zombies like the taste of fresh humans. Deana was nearly dead from a zombie bite. They probably killed her but when they took a bite, it was like biting into a rotten apple. yuck.

Maybe she had a disease. Zombies don't like diseases.

Why would they abandon a perfectly good vehicle in the zombie apocalypse to drive back a box truck by itself that's been sitting for who knows how long rotting in a garage that may blow a gasket or drop its transmission?

Is Jesus a ninja?
